Scott Costello Joins Key Performance Ideas as Director of Cloud Services and Emerging Technologies
New leadership to spearhead continued groundbreaking efforts in successful Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud implementations.
San Francisco, CA- March 5, 2014 – Key Performance Ideas, an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) professional services firm, announced today that Scott Costello has joined the company as Director of Cloud Services and Emerging Technologies.
Costello, a recognized leader in Oracle® EPM and BI solutions, has more than 16 years of consulting management experience and has guided customers across a variety of industries in their implementation of successful planning, forecasting and reporting solutions. While his background spans both the EPM and BI Oracle product suites, Costello will be responsible for the strategy, direction and execution of Key Performance Ideas’ cloud-based technologies and services. Specifically, Costello will provide his experience in helping companies improve performance management by leveraging Key Performance Ideas’ proven PLANtastic® and S.M.A.R.T. products with Oracle’s Hyperion Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service™ (PBCS) offerings. Costello will also be responsible for Key Performance Ideas’ SMART Cloud, Oracle EPM Hosting services, that allows organizations to utilize leading technology, without investing in costly hardware or resources. Most important, Costello will manage the consulting delivery and implementation team to ensure that clients are receiving strategic, goal-oriented cloud and emerging technology services to derive the most value from their Oracle solutions. Prior to joining Key Performance Ideas, Costello was a Senior Director at Huron Consulting Group, Director at Blue Stone International, and spent 13 years at Oracle Corporation in senior management consulting positions. He earned an MBA in MIS and Accounting and a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and is a Certified Public Accountant. Furthermore, as a certified Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase and Hyperion Financial Management consultant, Costello is a frequent speaker at industry national and virtual events to foster best practices in EPM and BI.
