Stacy Blahnik Promoted to Director of Hyperion Managed Administration Services Practice

Key Performance Ideas is proud to announce the promotion of Stacy Blahnik from Manager to Director of our Hyperion Managed Administration Services Practice, or S.M.A.R.T. (System Maintenance And Remote Troubleshooting). Serving domestic and international organizations, S.M.A.R.T. provides Oracle certified, highly trained Finance and Accounting US-based professionals to manage Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems.

Since 2008, Stacy has acted as Manager of the practice and has proven to provide successful services to KPI’s clients. As Director, she will be responsible for supporting our client’s mission-critical Hyperion applications, managing a team of United States, United Kingdom and Singapore experts, and ensuring all team members are Dale Carnegie Customer Essential trained and certified. In addition, Stacy administers KPI’s training program of public and on-site Hyperion education classes.

Prior to joining Key Performance Ideas, Stacy was a Senior Programmer/Analyst supporting Oracle Hyperion EPM products within finance for a major retailer and acted as President of the Wisconsin Hyperion Users Group. She is the current President of Talk of the Town Toastmasters, a world leader in communication and leadership development, in De Pere, Wisconsin.

Stacy and her team consistently earn high praise from our SMART customers. She understands customer’s needs and is exceptional at facilitating a symbiotic relationship between KPI’s S.M.A.R.T. administrators and their end users.
